SUCCESSFUL HERRING FISHERY AT HARTLEPOOL.

            The latter portion of the week just ended was perhaps the most successful period of the having fishery here, especially Friday’s catch, when nearly 60 boats entered the harbour, all with fish, and many having from 20,000 to 40,000 each, realising from £9 to £9.10s per last (10,000.)
