We observe that the Cleveland Gas Company, which was incorporated in 1875, by special Act of Parliament, purposes of applying to Parliament in next session for powers to extend their district, so as to supply Marske and Saltburn-by-the Sea with gas. At present, those two places are supplied by the North-Eastern Railway Company’s works, which are situated midway between them.
