RAILWAY SUNDAY TRIPS TO THE SEASIDE
Since the railway directors decided to run an extra train on the Sundays, which arrives in Redcar about two p.m., hundreds have taken the opportunity of visiting Redcar and Saltburn, and the two towns derive no little advantage from the increased facilities, whilst the trippers apparently enjoy themselves with the pleasures afforded them of enjoying the refreshing breeze by a visit to the side of the “roaring deep.” As yet nothing has occurred in the way of intemperance to militate against the privilege granted the public by the railway board.
