COATHAM PENNY READINGS
The third of the series of parish entertainments in the National School-room, Coatham, was given on Monday evening last (19/11). The room was more closely packed than ever, and the Rev. L. B. Towne again presided. The programme, which consisted of vocal and instrumental solos and duets, glees, readings, recitations, etc., well gone through, and was listened to with evident enjoyment by the large audience. The last entertainment prior to Christmas will take place on Monday next (26/11).
