DRUNK AND DISORDERLY AT REDCAR

            A woman named and Robinson, who was stated by the police to have been thirty-seven times before the magistrates for various offences, was taken before Mr. A. H. Turner Newcomen, at Kirkleatham, on Monday morning, (03/04)  on a charge of being drunk and disorderly at Redcar, on Saturday (01/04). Sgt Alexander stated that she had been drinking at the Globe Hotel, and becoming disorderly and abusive she was ejected from the premises. On being put out, she created a disturbance in the street, and had finally to be removed to the police station. Mr Newcomer, and ordered her to pay a fine of 5s., and 10s, costs; and, in default she was ordered to be imprisoned for seven days.
