PRESENTATION OF SAVING LIFE – REDCAR
Mr. Henry Wilson, of the Corporation Gas Department, Leeds, has been presented with a handsome illuminated address from his Redcar friends, in recognition of his heroism when on a recent visit to Redcar he gallantry served as a volunteer in the Free Gardeners’ lifeboat crew, and was with them instrumental in saving three lives. The address was designed and executed by Mr. W.A. Picknett, jun., of Redcar. The presentation was made in the presence of the whole staff of the Leeds Corporation Gas Department.
