CONFIRMATION AT REDCAR
His Grace the Lord Archbishop of York, assisted by the Rev. W. Milburne, vicar of Redcar, held a confirmation at St Peter’s Church, Redcar, yesterday (18/11). The number of candidates present was as follows Coatham (including Warrenby), 79; Redcar, 47; Kirkleatham, 37; total 163. The Archbishop delivered an earnest and most impressive charge, which was listened to with deep attention by the children and a crowded congregation.
