SUDDEN DEATH AT REDCAR.

           On Monday morning (15/10), the infant son of Mr. G. F. Bates, publisher, Redcar, was found dead in bed. The child was only five months old, and had been of weekly constitution from its birth. An inquest was held on Tuesday afternoon (16/10), by Mr. T. C. Sowerby. Mr. Locke, surgeon, had examined the child, and was of opinion that it had died while in a fit, and the jury returned a verdict of “Death from natural causes.”
