BODY PICKED UP OFF REDCAR
Yesterday afternoon (15/07), the body of a man in an advanced state of decomposition was picked up by a coble off East Scar. It was brought ashore and taken to the Royal Hotel, where it remains awaiting the coroner’s inquest. It is supposed to be the body of one of the crew of the fishing boat. “Dalton Lass,” of Hartlepool, which was wrecked off Saltburn on the (16/06), when the three of the crew were drowned.
