SALE OF FREEHOLD AND LEASEHOLD.
BUILDING GROUND, COATHAM.

            Portions of the Kirkleatham Estate, within short distance of the Redcar Railway Station, are laid out for Street and Villa Building Sites. Freehold Street Building sites and prices from seven shillings and sixpence, and leasehold and manual ground rents, from two pence per square yard upwards. Also a portion specially set apart and adapted for Workmen’s’ Cottages at Warrenby, within five minutes walk of the Blast Furnaces, at Tod Point, and annual ground rents, from three- halfpence per square yard.
