LAW & ORDER – “Jolly DOGS”
“JOLLY DOGS” Some individuals, probably laden, with more drink than brains, amused themselves about midnight, on Saturday (29/08), by breaking off the knockers of nearly every house in the High Street, Redcar. A strong desire is expressed by most of the sufferers to prosecute the offenders, who are known. The difficulty in enforcing the law arises from the fact that parties known to have witnessed the acts cannot be induced to give evidence.
