PARLIAMENT

London, Friday night.
It was decided, at the Cabinet Council
held yesterday afternoon, that Parliament
shall be immediately dissolved, and a new
Parliament should be summoned, as soon
as the necessary writs can be issued.
This will be done in the course of the
ensuing week.
Mr. Gladstone has already issued his
address to the electors of Greenwich,
soliciting their suffrages in the new Parliament
