DRUNKEN MAN RE-ENTERS HOTEL.

On Tuesday, (08/09), Mr Thomas Young, Master Mariner, entered the Clarendon Hotel, Redcar, in a state of intoxication, and during an attempt on the part of Mrs Logan and her servants to get him off the premises, Mr Young pushed Mrs Logan down, and head was caught by the door post. On being threatened with prosecution, Mr Young made a very ample apology, and offered to give £10 to some charity. The sum, at Mrs Logan’s request has been given those, viz., five pounds to the Redcar Lifeboat, and five pound to the cottage hospital, North Ormesby.
