HIS GRACE THE LORD ARCHBISHOP OF YORK
His Grace the Lord Archbishop of York met the clergy of the district in conference at Redcar today (Thursday 05/11). There were about 60 persons present. The Holy Communion was administered in St Peter’s Church, to all the clergy, at 10 a.m.., His Grace being assisted in the observance of the ceremony by Archdeacon Hey and the Rev. W. Milburne, Vicar of Redcar, after which an adjournment was made to the infant school room, where the conference took place in private. At the conclusion of the conference album, the Archbishop entertained those taking part therein at luncheon at the Coatham Hotel.
