All that MESSUAGE OR DWELLING HOUSE situate and being No.146, High Street, in Redcar, in the North Riding of the County of York, containing on the Ground Floor, front Sitting room with Bay window, back sitting room, Scullery, and Pantry; on the First floor, to Sitting rooms, two Bedrooms, and W.C.; and on the Second Floor, three Bedrooms, and large attics. There are also a good Yard, Wash house, and other Conveniences, and – and Water, are laid on the Premises.
