ENCAMPMENT OF MILITIA AND VOLUNTEERS AT REDCAR
It is stated that arrangements have been completed for the encampment of the North York Militia and North Riding volunteers at Redcar, in May and June next. The militia will encamp first, and after a month’s training will be followed by the volunteers. An order has been issued for strengthening the police force during the period of training.
